Data controller
The data controller is DIGREEN, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder, with registered office at 257 rue des Pyrénées, 75020 Paris, France. For questions or to exercise your rights, email commercial@digreen-advisory.com.
Data collected and purposes
The contact form may collect your name, business email address, organisation, request category and message. This information is used solely to understand and answer your request and, when requested, to prepare a commercial discussion, demonstration or engagement.
Required fields are necessary to handle your request. Without them, DIGREEN cannot respond. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out using the form.
Legal bases
Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when your request concerns an engagement or demonstration, and on DIGREEN’s legitimate interest in answering other professional enquiries and following up its business conversations.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorised DIGREEN staff responsible for commercial follow-up. It passes through Hostinger hosting and is sent to DIGREEN’s Microsoft 365 business email service. These providers act solely to deliver their technical services.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Hostinger’s contracting entity is established in the European Union. Microsoft may use entities or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are covered by a GDPR-recognised mechanism, including an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented where necessary by additional safeguards.
Retention period
Messages and contact details are retained for the time needed to handle the request and for no more than three years from the last active exchange with the person concerned. Data may be retained for longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To limit spam, the form temporarily stores an irreversible hash of the IP address for no more than ten minutes. The message and plain-text IP address are not stored in this rate-limiting mechanism.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where the legal conditions apply. DIGREEN normally responds within one month.
To exercise these rights, email commercial@digreen-advisory.com. If an issue remains unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
No advertising cookies or audience analytics tools are integrated. A flag is stored in your browser’s session storage so that the introduction is not replayed during the same session. It contains no identity data and is not sent to the server. Demonstration choices remain in your browser, and the summary is downloaded only at your request.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may retain technical logs required for security and service operation under its contractual obligations and retention periods. DIGREEN does not use them for advertising.
